What JJ Site Design collects when you visit jjsites.com or send us a project inquiry, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
JJ Site Design ("we," "us") is a web design and development studio based in Ann Arbor and Dearborn, Michigan. This policy covers jjsites.com. Sites we build for clients have their own policies.
What you send us. When you use the project form, we receive your name, email address, the kind of site you want, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include.
Technical information. Our servers and hosting provider record standard request details, such as your IP address, browser, and the time of the request. Our form server also logs IP addresses and email addresses to stop spam and limit repeat submissions.
Cookies, pixels, and visitor recognition. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on this site. One of these providers may match your browser and device information, such as your IP address, cookies, and the pages you view, against information it already holds to tell us who may be visiting, for example your name, email address, company, or phone number. This can happen even if you never fill out our form; in that case the information comes from the provider, not from you.
On your device. The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. That setting stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with providers that help us run the site, and only so they can do that work for us:

Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which limits how this site and its providers recognize you. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Your information. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop us using information we received about your visit, email jjsitesdesign@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Emails. If we email you and you'd rather we didn't, reply and tell us. We'll stop.
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we are talking with you or working together, and for a reasonable time after for our records. Server logs are kept only as long as we need them to run the site and stop abuse.
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
